I am a performance specialist with extensive experience in creating world class training programmes for teams and leaders. My innovative approach is the result of a unique background in the military, business and Olympic sport, combined with an education in Psychology. I served as both a Royal Navy(aircrew) and British Army officer (commando qualified), but subsequently educated as a sport psychologist. My range of leadership roles included UK’s High Performance Coaching Manager, supporting teams and coaches in their run up to the last 5 Olympic Games. Since then, I have been working and supporting high performance leaders and teams across a wide range of business sectors and in diverse and challenging environments. Whether it be preparing for the Olympics or optimising a sales team, I have the ability to maximise any team's skills and decision-making through the delivering of quality, tailored training.
