With SDN I am working on several exciting projects to support employers to engage with T Levels. The projects include a nationwide roll out of a support package that we have designed to enable employers to offer effective industry placements. In addition, working with The Gatsby Foundation, we are developing support materials to train and develop workplace mentors.

Worked with the training contracts team to develop new projects as required by Government changes and updates. Projects included the introduction of youth credits, the Modern Apprenticeship and evaluation techniques for European Social Fund projects.

Dealing with the day to day human resource management requirements of the Portsmouth branch of Boots the Chemist. In 1991, took a secondment to the Guildford store to support a reorganisation and restructure.
