Working to support and facilitate change projects. Currently working in partnership with LSIS (www.lsis.org.uk) to develop a support programme for new providers of HE within Further Education settings.

Facilitating a range of leadership development activities and coaching experiences for members of the wider childrens workforce, including social care, early years, primary and secondary schools

Facilitated and supported a number of change projects across the South West, and nationally, working in partnership with Local authorities and schools.Activities included workshops in large conferences, smaller focussed group activities and one to one coaching. Focus areas worked with included; Unions and professional associations; multi-agency groupings; wider children's services; leadership teams, and cross-functional groups to support the 'Every Child Matters' and workforce reform agenda.
