Alan has a diverse background that includes over 35 years of management experience in hospitals, healthcare and IT consulting firms. Alan has successfully provided health system planning services , as well as having founded and managed several different companies that have focused on infrared asset tracking, RFID reporting devices, environmental monitoring and the development of computerized health system planning solutions. Most recently, Alan has has taken on the role of President, in GRTHealth Inc., a company focused on expanding the capabilities of in-home and community-based care as alternatives to institutional long-term care and the inappropriate use of acute care beds. Aside from his healthcare and corporate experience, Alan has pursued his interests in cinematography, having worked in the camera department on a number of short and feature films (see IMDB), as well as becoming a member of IATSE 667 - International Cinematographer's Guild.
