I have over 30 years of experience in the property industry, including working in areas such as building, contracting, project management and quantity surveying. Currently, as well as running a property investment company, I am also the Company Director of Hot Property Marketing Ltd which specialises in Energy Performance Certificates, floor plans, lease plans and photos. Our clients include sales and lettings agents, house owners and landlords. Recently, I qualified as an Elmhurst Energy Approved Legionella Risk Assessor covering North London testing for Legionella bacteria and advising landlords of their duty of care.
