• Extensive working knowledge and experience in the WA Energy and Resources sector.• Financial management of Energy Infrastructure Facilities. • Facilitating annual financial year audits, including statutory audit, and external auditor liaison.• Financial reporting, Management accounting, compiling and presenting financial results to B.o.D.• Financial management, Internal audit, Commercial management.• Managing the development and delivery of forecasts, budgets, business, and financial plans.• External debt management, financial accounting.• Ensuring strong hands-on financial controls and appropriate internal control processes are in place.• Taxation and Insurance compliance.• Commercial Law and Contract Management experience - esp. Gas Sales Agreements, Facilities Management agreements; Operations & Maintenance agreements; Power purchase agreements; Wind energy purchase agreements; Gas Trading Licences etc.• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with client / key stakeholders.• Managing and training accounting staff.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Computer auditing.• Advanced software skills (MS Office Suite, Excel, Xero, MYOBA, MYOB, Quicken, Triumph, Solution 6, Hyperion, Oracle, SAP, SAS)
