Field Service Technician Iii
CurrentProvide advanced level maintenance, installation and service of GTECH equipment at Retailer (customer) locations. Responds to dispatches and drives to customer locations within his or her "zone" to deliver supplies and to install, remove, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices. Additionally, Level III FSTs provide mentoring and coaching of junior Field Service technicians and may assume some supervisory responsibilities.Ø Perform advanced level troubleshooting, maintenance, preventive maintenance and installation of lottery Point of Access (POA) equipment including self service and communication devices used at the lottery retailer locationØ Prepare area FST schedule to appropriately support Field Services operation and its customersØ Assist site Supervisor with FST hiring process (screening, interviewing and hiring)Ø Deliver On-the-Job training to new hires and provide formalized feedback to site SupervisorØ Conduct formal post-class evaluation assessment of FST I and IIs.Ø Conduct and report on FST ride-along evaluationsØ Assist site Supervisor with performance expectation communication and training/development planning for Field Services employees by providing feedback and inputØ Assist site Supervisor with the analysis of weekly field performance dataØ Assist site Supervisor with preparing various reports to the Lottery customer and site Account Development Managers (ADMs)Ø Assist site Supervisor with the evaluation of site policies and procedures, training scheduling, third-party contact management and lottery requests responseØ Conduct FST Van and Warehouse Inventory AuditsØ Assist site supervisor or manager with providing on-the-job training to new employeesØ Perform basic mechanical repairs on lottery POA devices at a warehouse or similar facilityØ Provide Inventory reports to Field Service SupervisorØ Analyze data and produce Field Service Performance metrics evaluation report to site management
