I have worked in IT since 1971 (it was DP back then!). My most recent experience (since 1992) has been in the telecoms industry, managing IT support teams in a number of areas (networking, switch traffic management, billing systems support). I have also been used as an SME and/or Project Manager on several projects (network asset management and capacity planning, the introduction of voice over IP services, billing systems migrations, etc.).My current role ends on 6 August 2008, at which time I will be effectively retiring. At least, until boredom sets in!Specialties: Project Management, Support Team management, represented the company on industry groups. Background in commercial programming (RPG, COBOL)
