In addition to owning and partnering in a Design/ Build contracting company I was Director of Operations for an American company in Doha, Qatar for a 2 million sq. ft. Stainless Steel Roof and Skylight system for the Doha International Airport. Responsible for contract administration and supervising multi national ex-patriots from highly skilled technical levels to laborers numbering upwards of 300 non skilled work force. Directly responsible for negotiating contract changes upwards of $167M during the 4 years I was on site.Interacted with one of the largest Japanese and Turkish contractors as a prime subcontractor on the project as well as with Bechtel, world leader in construction management who was the projects Construction Manager.
