At Dealer Inspire (yeah, the Cars.com crew), I was like the tool whisperer, making our internal processes smoother than a freshly paved highway and our client tools shine brighter than a brand-new sports car.And just when I thought things couldn't get any crazier, I decided to share my wisdom by teaching interactive design at a university.
