Projects-- Hosted and supported successful FDA and GHA audits as well independently hosted numerous other regulatory agencies with minimal observations, full certifications and no 483’s.- Onsite project manager for the Development of Leadership Training Academy.- Participated in the opening and success of two New Orleans Centers, two Colorado centers, three Tucson centers and both Brownsville locations which included the completion of leadership training, IQ/OQ/PQ validation paperwork, and the New Center Task List completions.- Workflow development for the new Donor Management System for harmonization efforts with European Union.- Created a concept known as “Plasma Residency” that was adapted into the new classroom based training plan for new phlebotomists and lab technicians.- The “Colorado Unified” host.
