Unified AWS provisioning processes for 6 teams, collaborated with TLs, EMs, Engineers, and Architects to map dependencies and manage hand offs, created templates, organized information, and advocated for improvements. Collaborated with R&D Operations team to develop a Request and Collaboration Framework, improving communication, planning, and execution of cross-organizational requests.

Built, automated, and centralized program management artifacts and processes using AirTable. Led Platform Engineering program management efforts for a cross-functional company infrastructure program. This included micro-service dependency maps which created visual representations of service communications, helping escalate dedicated service ownership, resulting in mitigation plans. Managed compute cost optimization initiatives that included researching efficient vendors, building usage projections, coordinating cross-functional stakeholder evaluation, making recommendations, and driving tool migrations.

Developed and implemented an R&D Vendor Management and Contract Performance System that included 30 vendors and was leveraged by R&D leadership, IT, procurement, and finance. Planned and implemented educational content for technical deep dive vendor sessions, coordinated workshops and gamedays for R&D, helped optimize vendor usage, and created standardized vendor documentation, all of which improved vendor adoption and greatly reduced costs. Managed corporate apartments for Sales leaders including market research, contact negotiations, furnishing, and bookings. Created and implemented Twilio’s first sitting map and desk allocation system for the Sales team.
