I undertook a 22 month fixed term contract to provide commercial and project management services, in the telecommunications, mobile and WiFI sectors. This contract has continued, ad hoc, into 2023.

Northamptonshire

HemoGAD is a start-up in the medical devices field. This was a risk enterprise for me, in partnership with a personal friend who suffers from a medical condition called Hemochromatosis. My role was to build the commercial operation, raise finance for product research and development and build awareness through social media and networking with various NHS bodies. I was successful in raising finance from a number of sources, including a research grant from Innovate UK, part of UK Research & Innovation (UKRI). The R&D activities were being carried out by sub-contracted third party scientific organisations.
