Worked closely with multitudinous Vendors, ILEC's and External stakeholders to ensure delivery of services and managed meetings SLAs.Order Management with Carrier (ILEC’s) or Circuits provider and relevant equipment in-line with the Project plan and clients requirements.End to End Delivery which includes; Validating orders, placing orders with Vendor, Tracking Delivery (FOC), Scheduling FOC appointments, and Keeping up-to-date corresponding Project Managers and Clients to ensure they are informed.Maintain professional communication with the project manager team, customer, clients and supplier throughout the order processing and installation process to ensure they are fully informed of the progress of the connection, post-follow-up updates, etc.Intensively work with Internal Stakeholders like Project Managers on special handling requests, instructions and to obtain information in a timely manner to meet defined targets and provide advice about completion of paperwork, if required.Ensure to acquire information from circuit supplier providers provide with all relevant details at the order stage and until those contracts are issued in a timely manner.Manage respective Service Delivery Milestones ensure that the agreed service levels accompanying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) execute well.Responsible for individual task completion and follow-ups to meet desire SLA's.Responsible for individual task completion and follow-ups to meet desire SLA's.
