Life brings twists and turns. I was thinking a few years ago of slowing down and had given up my role as Head of Funding and Partnerships but wanted to continue to support Safaraz and the team on a Advisory and Support basis. The Industry we operate in has gone through tremendous change with the end of the Work Programme coming in as well as the considerable changes in the Skills sector. We are now preparing for AEB devolution and additional changes in the Apprenticeship sector and offering complete workforce development solutions for businesses. I am proud and privileged to have taken the role of Chairman to support the board and drive the change.
