• Led the Athletic Department’s first ever prospect research department • Successfully planned and executed prospect research for Athletic Department’s $80 million football stadium capital campaign in conjunction with university’s $200 million comprehensive campaign• Screen prospective donors with giving capacity of $25,000 and above for development of prospect pipeline, fundraising initiatives, and volunteer opportunities • Prepare written prospect research documents, proactive and reactive, for Advancement network stakeholders• Work closely with Advancement Services team to develop policies and procedures manual to create nomenclatures, standardize data entry, and ensure data integrity• Assist with database conversion cleanup procedures of more than 300,000 constituent records• Lead database training, maintain log-ins, and group securities for more than 100 end-users; lead prospect research related training through monthly Lunch N’ Learn• Create internal custom reports for metrics, event reconciliation, and event sponsorship pipeline tracking• Collaborate with fundraisers to maintain relationship tracking system, update proposals, review new research requests, and discuss cultivation/solicitation strategy
