I gained experience and learned about CPS through many avenues. -I shadowed employees such as: administrative rep, warehouse manager, salesman, and location manager. -I was assigned the special project of "Fertigation". I applied the needed CPS products to fields that had certain deficiencies. I used a fertigation pump to introduce products into the water flow of pivot and furrow irrigation systems. -I pulled tissue and soil samples to understand what essential elements were optimum or low for plant growth. -I set up moisture meter stations. -I worked in the warehouses of Tunica and Clarksdale CPS locations.
