Fascinated by real estate from an early age and focused on enhancing under-resourced communities in each of my roles, I have looked to provide communities with the ultimate control by owning their own properties. At Charter Schools Development Corporation, my role as CEO is to inspire and ensure we deliver impactful results and encourage communities to thrive. Leading by setting ambitious goals, articulating a compelling vision, and helping people reach higher than they thought possible, I am proud of our team's growth mindset as we expand our focus to encompass the entire educational ecosystem with the ultimate goal of changing the world for children and families.By establishing a mission-driven culture, nurturing partnerships within our financial and educational networks, and advocating for educational choice and under-resourced communities, I aim to magnify CSDC's impact, taking the organization's success to the next level.My previous roles at the Downtown Brooklyn area and Success Academy Charter Schools have showcased the transformational power of real estate development and education. Spearheading expansion and growth strategies that added 3.1 million sq. ft. of new commercial office space, funding for 3,000 new elementary school seats, and spearheading the development of a $450M K-12 campus that was the first of its kind in NYC, I have successfully championed major initiatives that have provided new, inclusive opportunities to thousands.My extensive real estate development experience, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, and passion for inclusivity and diversity for under-resourced communities have directed me toward changing the lives of many through CSDC. I am committed to empowering our CSDC team in their relentless pursuit of providing a diverse array of schools where children can learn, grow, and prosper.Beyond the Charter Schools Development Corporation, I serve as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Harlem Academy and Camp Timanous.
