• As an Executive of the Real Estate team, I was hired to develop and execute the real estate vision, with full accountability for planning and launching a multi-year real estate expansion strategy for $1B of future.
• Drove a significant portfolio expansion that included $62.5M of renovations across 26 locations. Led the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of a $105M parcel of land and a major lease with a $33M NPV.
• Spearheaded all facets of a mission-critical $455M project involving the creation of a K-12 campus that had never been accomplished before within the organization.
• Drove the Capital Projects team to reduce annual renovations, resulting in 21% to 32% of savings.
• Overhauled the entire Facilities Management function. Recruited and hired key leaders, implementing new automated systems that reduced work order resolution times by 72.3% and enabled 90% on-time resolution of facility.

• As Managing Director of Real Estate and Economic Development, I led all aspects of the Real Estate and Economic Development operation, reporting to the DBP President. This was during a period of exponential growth.
• Played an instrumental role in the announcement of $3.1M square feet of new commercial office space across seven development projects.
• Spearheaded a dramatic reduction in the commercial office vacancy rate from 6% to 1.5%.
• Facilitated funding for 3,000 new elementary school seats in Downtown Brooklyn.

• As Co-Founder and Managing Principal, I spearheaded the development of an organization focused on financing, developing, and managing student housing, specifically community colleges. Notable achievements include:
• Identified sources of capital (between $20M and $30M) to determine the best means for optimizing project returns.
• Worked alongside community college leaders to create a real estate development plan that enhanced the student experience.
• Created development plans for two $30M college housing projects.
