At XMS Solutions, our architects and delivery teams continued to design and deploy high-performance Microsoft collaboration platforms for Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business, scaling through the cloud, on-premise or a mix of both. However, as more users, devices and machines required access, directory and governance policies were no longer enough. After co-founding XMS Solutions in 2008, led the company from $0 to $4.5M+ in annual revenues during one of the most challenging economic periods since the Great Depression. Built the company from 5 employees to 35 while setting corporate direction and vision. Nurtured partner channels, developed direct sales avenues, and even delivered services periodically as necessary. Worked with co-founders to create a vibrant, knowledge-sharing corporate culture in which employees are emissaries of the company and take ownership of their projects. Set corporate policy, corporate governance, and secured supplemental funding for operational growth and development.

Business development, technical sales, partner channel management.Worked closely with partners and customers to develop comprehensive solutions to their migration, IT, and managed services needs. Partner channel manager for M3's relationship with Quest Software, SAVVIS, Peak 10, XO Communications, and others. Worked closely with partner sales representatives to develop cooperative, M3TG-partner joint offerings for prospective clients.

3rd tier networking support for Premier customers. Specialized in DNS, ISA, IAS, WINS/NetBIOS, Active Directory replication, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Kerberos authentication, etc.

At the time I was at this firm it was named Arch Wireless (ticker symbol was AWIN). Arch was an industry consolidator for the paging industry, purchasing virtually all remaining paging companies (including the top 4) during my tenure. In this position I was responsible for supporting the current infrastructure as well as planning for future industry trends. I also participated in and directed the network migrations/consolidations for each of the mergers.
