As a Virocom Network Engineer I have been involved in:• Daily troubleshooting and support of customer faults and equipment: predominately fixed line WAN & Internet access (ADSL, FTTC, EFM & Leased Line) and VoIP systems. Cisco UC320/560 configuration and support;• Daily troubleshooting and support of Virocom core ISP WAN network including Internet Protocol routing diagnostics, Cisco ACS, Cisco LNS, switching and Cisco firewall;• Provisioning of customer network solutions from build to deployment including Cisco & Draytek CPE router diagnostics and configuration, Cisco switch diagnostic and configuration. Basic Juniper and Huawei router setup. VoIP system configuration, user profiles, device profiles with Cisco 502/4 and Polycom VoIP handset configuration. Customer site visits for VoIP system roll-outs and troubleshooting.
