Managed a staff of 10 individuals. managed the expense reporting group during transition and significant reduction of staff (18 to 10) while meeting monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deadlines. Proposed a plan to bring the customer billing in house with a potential 5 year savings of $25 million. Supervised a project with the tax department to reconcile all sales and use tax liabilities from merged operations. Identified and properly recategorized $5 million in dormant balances.

Responsible for the monthly financial closing process of this $450 million international telecommunications firm located in Westchester county, New York. Managed a staff of 6 individuals. Assisted with the organizations' efforts to file multiple 10-K reports (3) with the Securities and Exchange Commission within a one year period to enable the company to list as a publicly traded entity on the New York Stack Exchange (2009). Assisted with enhancing the audit process resulting in savings of approximately $1.7 million in annual audit fees.Firm was acquired for $2.2 billion during July 2012.
