• Performed feasibility analysis for the intragroup centralized hub project in perspective of finance and operation with estimated annual cost saving up to TW$ 20M.• Conducted end to end process of inventory management with 500 SKU of medical consumables from implementing S&OP process, demand and supply planning , stock procurement through customs clearance to finished goods inventory control within target coverage.• Lead monthly S&OP review with stakeholders to gain latest market demand and validate forecast accuracy with historical consumption trends.• Implemented weekly inventory projection to evaluate potential impact on demand and supply fluctuation based on month-to-date actual sales and demand forecast.• Coordinated with regional planning team and overseas manufacturers to follow up production lead time, capacity and shipping schedule to ensure supportability.• Picture demand in SAP planning system and build up the product master data, safety stock target and planning parameter to deliver the right purchasing level to HK HQ supply team.
