I led a team to support Army Headquarters (AHQ) with the delivery of the Army Operating System, an organisational capability model aimed at aligning Army capability management with a programmatic and project-based approach. This initiative integrated Land Capability, People, Preparedness and Strategy, supporting the requirements of the 2025 Enhanced Force in Being and the 2026-2030 Objective Integrated Force through the One Defence Capability System (ODCS). I also played a key role in the development and sustainment of the Army Integrated Business Support System, which captures and maintains process models as knowledge assets, facilitating collaboration and communication within Army and its stakeholders to enhance the ability to manage complex capability projects. I ensured project deliverables are managed effectively while maintaining scope, schedule and budget. My leadership in process remodelling and business intelligence reporting has improved Army’s project and program management capabilities, promoting efficiencies. My ability to integrate and synthesise business analysis, project management principles and Defence systems makes me a key driver in optimising Army’s capability management processes, improving Army readiness and embedding Army outcomes across the ODCS.

I led a multidisciplinary team to implement the Integrated Enterprise Business Process Management System (EPBMS Holocentric), a strategic initiative that simplify organisational complexity, streamlined processes, aligned strategic objectives and improved operational efficiency of Defence financial systems for Defence Finance Group (DFG) and strategic policy frameworks for Strategy, Policy and Industry Group (SP&IG). I played a key role in change management, mentoring and training DFG and SP&IG personnel to adopt Holocentric as a knowledge asset, enabling autonomous business operations. I co-designed improved business process modelling standards and governance frameworks, driving innovation and operational efficiency. I was the primary advisor for DFG, aligning finance management initiatives with Defence’s strategic priorities, ensuring timely and high-quality project outcomes. I was the service delivery and engagement lead, managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations, negotiating with the Holocentric vendor to maintain scope of services, quality and timely delivery. My leadership under budgetary and people capacity constraints resulted in expanded service delivery capabilities and strengthened long-term partnerships with DFG and SP&IG.I also worked as part of the multidisciplinary team within the Process and Innovation Hub in supporting Australian Signals Directorate to deliver the in-house modernised High Security Operating System, an evolving initiative aimed at streamlining and integrating internal processes in supporting the requirements of the Protective Security Policy Framework, Defence security standards, protocols and policies.

I was engaged by the Defence Community Organisation (DCO) to design and deliver the DCO Demand Model, a strategic data analytic and workforce capability initiative aimed at enhancing resource allocation, service delivery and operational efficiency for the Australian Defence Force (ADF). This initiative enabled Defence People Group (DPG) to implement agile and prepared workforce strategies, supporting the alignment with Defence capability requirements and improvement of service delivery responsiveness. My leadership in leveraging data-driven decision-making enhanced the capability and operational efficiency of both DCO and DPG, fostering an agile and responsive ADF workforce capable of adapting to the evolving demands of Defence support services.I was also engaged by the Vice Chief of Defence Force (VCDF) to design and deliver the Business Intelligence Cell and Welfare Matrix for the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran’s Suicide (RCDVS), a transformative data analytic reporting initiative aimed at providing insights to RCDVS to audit the deceased ADF members’ engagement record on service.
