This initiative integrated Land Capability, People, Preparedness and Strategy, supporting the requirements of the 2025 Enhanced Force in Being and the 2026-2030 Objective Integrated Force through the One Defence Capability System (ODCS). I also played a key role in the development and sustainment of the Army Integrated Business Support System, which captures and maintains process models as knowledge assets, facilitating collaboration and communication within Army and its stakeholders to enhance the ability to manage complex capability projects. I ensured project deliverables are managed effectively while maintaining scope, schedule and budget.
