The front desk leader (FDL) will manage these labs under the supervision of the assistant director of supplemental instruction and tutoring. The FDL will support day-to-day tutoring lab operations, greet and check-in students, supervise the lab spaces, and assist graduate assistant managers with daily procedures. This FDL position is different from the Front Desk Worker position in the ASC Building; it possesses a necessary management element of space and tutors.
