I have just over 11 years in the field. I started as a cable contractor for Cox Communication and moved up to RCN in Boston & Pennsylvania. I specialized in QC as well as escalated customer satisfaction. After 4yrs of residential cable, I was recruited by a friend's company doing commercial work. This opportunity introduced me to a much wider spectrum of the technology industry. I've absorbed a great amount of knowledge through experience working with virtually anything that communicates from POS to CCTV and everything in between. I do have my OSHA10 and I am lift operator certified and have lift safety certification. Over 400 5 star ratings on the FN platform. Always open to new opportunities and certifications.
