Responsibilities: • Download Inbound and outbound Interops files from servers using WinSCP to a local drive. Monitor files processing in CC&B Retail GLIDe system. Processing Manage Exceptions under core asset in GLIDe. Provide support to Billing Analysts, and other internal customers when required.• Manage and execute queries on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in GATe Environment. For example, loading offline adjustment and reverse credits (for example, tunnel closure, duplicate charges, duplicate passage adjustment, split trips and faulty tag) from the back-end of GATe, and monitor whether if the files finish loading in GATe on time on a daily basis. • Provide day to day support of interoperability, such as, uploading and downloading customers’ payments files, raising purchase orders using JDE PeopleSoft for making payments on a daily basis, perform financial reconciliation and accruals, support other business units to identify issues affecting billing and implement solution to resolve these issues. Provide support to other FTOs for billing enquirers. • Perform Roaming creditor/debtor’s reconciliation task on a monthly basis• Perform quarterly toll pricing increases update• Monitor and action Account Payment Transfers and create class mismatch file.• Extract information and provide regular and ad-hoc reports as required. For example, end of month report.• Audit Gantry toll pricing on a weekly basis• Request and update of revenue adjustments

Responsibilities: • Confirm or amend data relating to vehicle registration details captured on photographic images presented on in house computer system (GATe) • Provide effective processing with a high level of accuracy to ensure maximising revenue capture • Enforcing unregistered e-TAG vehicle or suspended e-TAG vehicle ,and processing trips using in house computer system (GATe) • Reporting and analyzing statistics of individual image viewer and adjudicator using MS Excel program
