General Administration Responsibilities• Direct all operational aspects of the branch to include distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals.• Ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed.• Providing training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each employee.• Take on the responsibility for the orientation of all new employees.• Receiving, ordering, administrating and rotation of stock.• Inspecting actual stores to see the on goings, what goes wrong and noting faults that need to be corrected.• Recommend desirable changes in the policies and goals of the branch and the organization• Communicate effectively with other branches and senior managers by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.• Manage effectively and courteously customer complaints.Accounts Related Resposibilites• Oversee branch financial management• In-charge of accounts payable and receivable department of the branch office.• Preparing monthly journal reports on company expenses• Examining and supervising bank and cash reconciliations• In-charge of cash disbursement and filing of cash payable and receivable data• Authorizing the release of cash to clients and company employees• Preparing monthly billing reports for Head Office.• Training of new accounting employees on various duties• Maintaining accounts, databases and daily billings in order and up to date• Ensuring incoming revenues are handled in a timely mannerIT Responsibilities• Setup local area network in Branch Office. • General administration of LAN regarding installation of softwares and trouble shooting of other software and hardware issues.
