The Lyndon at Springtown was my first New Development as a Lease Up Specialist with Asset Campus Housing. This community was 515 beds. In my role as a Lease-Up Specialist, I oversaw the first year of marketing and leasing. I started up the leasing office & communities onsite office. I managed all phases of operations; hiring & training a leasing team, leasing & marketing, financial administration, and partnerships with Texas State University and local vendors. This was the first New Development lease up in San Marcos to be completed on time and lease to 100% in the past 5 years. We pre-leased this property to 100% before the end of the school year leading the market in San Marcos.
