Executive Assistant
Current• Provide expert administrative management support to the Executive Director; independently compose and prepare correspondence and email communications; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; provide documents and resources for travel-related meetings; review the budget, spending variances, process and report on expenses.• Manage the calendar of the Executive Director with internal and external stakeholders; provide adequate timelines and preparation for immediate and recurring meetings and events; provide meeting agendas and connection/access details; and arrange for cross-team participation as required.• Execute and manage a variety of special projects; create individual project plans, set timeline expectations, regularly communicate status, and ensure that projects are completed and managed for success.• Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Executive Director's ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Executive Director, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgment to reflect Executive Director's style and organization policy.• Carry out the Executive Directors' vision and support the values and culture of the organization.• Serve as an ambassador for CRLA and the Executive Director with internal and external audiences.• Providing occasional administrative support to other members of the Leadership Team.
