- Perform all duties encompassing running the business of a Midwifery practice.- Handle all client communication via phone and email.- Gather client information for insurance verification and processing.- Setting up and maintaining client profiles in our online database - Keeping track of all client appointments and lab procedures.- Ordering and maintaining medical supplies, medical forms, and state forms and tests.- Providing documentation to clients and providers as necessary.- Process claims and handle all billing issues directly with clients.
