My career started as an aerospace engineer where I specialized in problem solving, new system designs and proof-of-concept testing for the Atlas, SDI, Star Wars and KEW space programs. I developed a mindset for analyzing obstacles as launch pads for creative solutions and transitioned my skillset to the business and social impact sectors. I dare to launch into unknown space and to explore strategies to optimize payload trajectories and performance. I focus on team & culture development, which includes executive coaching, board and team recruiting, business plan development & execution, branding, fundraising, and community strategic partnerships.I have a heart for fatherhood and a philosophy for team dynamics to function as a family with love and respect.
