Was hired as Java Developer but was promoted to Team Leader in 2 month.Introduced in a team engineering processes like code review, incident management, code metrics, automation in daily routine work. To reduce cost of codebase support and to decrease the number of find bugs in production, established new code metrics, increasing the rating of maintainability, reliability and security level. Improved code quality of each backend module and whole system stability as a result. Kept thousands of hours of developers by designing and developing 10+ core libs and services used by every team. Decreased incredibly the time spent on finding bottlenecks in distributed systems. Introduced and improved numbers of other processes in teams.

Developed trading day management service from scratch with a medium-size team. Developed service responsible for organization structure management and information gathering provided by legacy systems. Increased code coverage from 20% to 80%. Reviewed a thousand lines of code.
