*** Modern portable computers are not perfect! Android is not good. During my 30 years of experience... I was reparing computers. I know every model and any brand. I am a creative man and I developed my own original design of ultra-portble computer. This one is perfect ! Is anybody interesting? ***This from my early time...I did SETUP and RUN COMPUTER SERVICE. This is my favorite… because it is my everyday occupation. What is my vision of computer customer service? Every customer is different, but:- they do not wish to pay big money unless they feel they have to. It is my duty to make them feel like this. - they are always ready to teach us what to do and what should we do to resolve their problems, but if the problem comes back - we are responsible (For example: just fix this machine…for me) It is my duty to explain them details and show a different proper way.- they do not wish to learn, unless they feel they have to (benefits clearly showing) and it is interesting. It is my duty to bring all necessary evidences, illustrations and teach them.- they do not want to change the way they are using Computers. It is my duties to change his/her mind. - they can pay much more if they see it works for now and it is predictable for the future- they are happy to pay more if they can get something really new with a computer, what makes them exciting and brings fresh feeling. It is possible to give it to them.- they can pay even more if they feel we are doing professionally our best and really thinking about them.
