About Aleksandr Sitnikov
Hi everyone!I have already worked in tech industry for 5 years since 2017. From that year I have worked in different kinds of industries: EdTech, HRTech, Classified and FinTech. I also have a working experience from startups to big business with mln of monthly active users (MAU). So I have been responsible for a wide range of product management areas like projects management, data analysis, product strategy and roadmap management, product discovery, stakeholders management, and people management. Apart from this I launched new products and designed operations processes.As a product manager I must answer 3 key questions:1. Problem. What is the problem we should solve and should we?2. Solution. How should we solve that problem? Which way would be better? What does success look like?3. Implementation. How will we implement solutions? What is the good scope for the MVP?For answering those questions I have to use all my experience and skills in product, project and people management.
