CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:Delivery of the annual VCA Graduate Exhibition for four consecutive years. Personally led the conversion to online in 2020 with the launch of the inaugural VCA Art 2020 website – a custom website showcasing over 150 graduating students work with curated responses from international curators and artists. Each graduate’s work was professionally documented with accompanying artist statements and social links. Website presented VCA to a wide international reach and was so successful that an online iteration of the Graduate Exhibition will now accompany the exhibition each year. The 2020 website was highly commended with positive reviews in The Age and The Guardian and featured in radio interviews on ABC and 3RRR.Sole representative of the University of Melbourne at the 2019 Venice Biennale as part of the Venice Biennale Champions Program. Participated in professional development programs, presentations by major international artists and curators, networking events with key Australia Council donors and historical tours of Venice and the Biennale pavilions. Executive management for the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music at the University of Melbourne under Head of Art, Associate Professor Kate Daw. Facilitating successful stakeholder management, supporting senior executive staff and management committee, finance and budgeting, faculty engagement and social media. Ambassador for the Faculty at events with important stakeholders including donors, industry representatives and prospective students.Event co-ordination for large scale events, conferences and exhibitions such as the VIP launch for Buxton Contemporary and the Ian Potter Southbank Centre, ACUADS (Australian Council of University Art and Design Schools) conference hosted at the Victorian College of the Arts, Neon Parc’s suite at the inaugural Quarantine Art Fair, Marco Fusinato’s Spectral Arrows performance at Buxton Contemporary and the annual VCA Graduate Exhibition.Fostered successful long-term relationships with major stakeholders. For the University of Melbourne, this included Holding Redlich, coordinated their annual Christmas event hosted at the Faculty. As a consequence of developing this relationship, the University secured funding for the Art Forum program (a series of presentations inviting key contemporary artists to introduce their work to students and an important addition to the Fine Arts program) as well as the $10,000 Holding Redlich Award for an exceptional Masters of Contemporary Art student.
