I thoroughly enjoy making that happen.I co-lead our Financial Sponsors Group, understanding what institutional investors are seeking in investment opportunities.--PwC M&A is a market leading corporate finance advisory business with an outstanding execution track record.We advise on over 25 transactions per year from both a sell-side and buy-side perspective, helping clients; develop and implement inorganic growth strategies, attract growth capital, acquire strategically important assets/businesses and/or realise value via a sale in private or public markets.The team of 65+ dedicated M&A professionals have expertise in multiple subsectors and has acted for a range of investors including private equity, infrastructure and sovereign wealth funds, corporates, family offices, individuals and private companies.We have experience working with clients at a global level and collaborate with other members of the PwC network in different territories, depending on the specific requirements of a given transaction.Alex is a Managing Director in the team and has over 14 years of corporate finance experience with PwC, including 3 years with PwC in London where he was dedicated to Healthcare Services and Private Equity clients. Responsibilities include project direction, key relationship management, deal strategy and tactics. He has led multiple, successful transactions in private and public markets.
