Singapore

I joined Lazada in 2011 and started as a Department Head, Lazada is one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, headquartered in Singapore and operating in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Under my leadership, my department was responsible for sales and marketing of the Lazada platform.During my tenure as head of the department, I successfully led my team to scale up sales on the Lazada platform and launched a series of innovative marketing campaigns to attract more users and customers. We also partnered with other companies to increase the variety of products and brand choices on the Lazada platform, improving the competitiveness of the platform.In order to better manage my team and drive business growth, I have also actively participated in the company's training and development programs, acquiring knowledge and skills in areas such as leadership, team building and marketing. I also worked closely with my colleagues in other departments to promote the company's development and business growth.In 2013, I left Lazada Corporation, but my leadership and management experience has been a positive influence on my future career. My experience at Lazada Corporation has allowed me to learn more about the e-commerce and marketing space, as well as hone my leadership and team management skills.
