With nearly 20 years at the city, county, federal, and consulting level of working in cultural resources and program manager positions, I have developed and executed local and regional programs successfully. From 2012-2020, I led the Navy's Southwest Region Cultural Resources Program, the largest in the Navy. This involved overseeing a region program of 10 installations and its spiking budgetary allocations or intensive program audits, managing large IDIQ contracts, developing innovative task orders, and leading complex Section 106/NAGPRA consultations, including design/review. As a Deputy Base Closure Manager with Navy BRAC, I continued to apply expertise in program management to transfer federal property with environmental remediation constraints. Through this collective background, I have developed experience in nearly all aspects of federal environmental compliance, which I have since applied to various federal clients with Stantec Government Services Division.
