Supervise a team of five planners focused on maintaining a healthy network while limiting excess inventory value on hand. Analyze D365 Material Requirement Planning (MRP) outputs, and correct master data inputs for over 900 SKU’s to produce an accurate and achievable Master Production Schedule (MPS). Increase department effectiveness and enhanced communication via the facilitation of D365, Power BI, and DISC assessment trainings. Control the production schedule for 238 unique bulks feeding over 650 finished good SKU’s.Selected Contributions:- Implemented the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in late 2019, while limiting A & B SKU stock outs to less than 5% on average.- Reviewed inventory monthly to assign risk and disposition to potential Excess and Obsolete (E&O) material. In 2021, identified over $1.3 million in potential write offs, and averted over 90% through cross-functional team efforts.

Oversaw supply chain operations to achieve 100% on time delivery to contract milestones. Established production schedules, level loaded capacity, and facilitated project meetings.
