Control the production schedule for 238 unique bulks feeding over 650 finished good SKU’s.Selected Contributions:- Implemented the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in late 2019, while limiting A & B SKU stock outs to less than 5% on average.- Reviewed inventory monthly to assign risk and disposition to potential Excess and Obsolete (E&O) material.
