Overseeing the state partnership between the Department of Education (ODE) and Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) to help improve the transition process for students with disabilities into post secondary outcomes.

I manage a group of Service Coordinators and sit on various committees to improve internal processes, prepare for future services, and interpret state rule.

I coordinate services for adults with developmental disabilities. I currently assist individuals and their families on the Individual Options (IO) waiver. I assist them in navigating public and community resources as well as referring them to appropriate waiver services including vocational and day programs, in-home services, various therapies, and more.

Intern at Innovation Ohio which is a non-profit organization devoted to public policy, education, and civic duty. Assist with state level policy research, coordinating grassroots efforts, and attending various statehouse hearings.

I manage a day program for adults with developmental disabilities. The day program offers recreation, social, habilitation, and vocational opportunities for the individuals we serve. Our goal is to allow individuals to reach their potential while providing exceptional service.
