Two deployments as the Primary Sensor Operator (SO) for the Advances Airborne Sensor (AAS) for applicable mission sets. • Immediately responsible for interpreting real-time acoustic data, deciding on best tactics, and directing the crew of nine when tracking submarines (high-pressure high-risk environment).• As an instructor, responsible for training and evaluating additional operators through On-Job-Training (OJT), simulators, scenarios, and boards that could run upwards of eight hours. • Three deployments with experience tracking submarines in 6th and 7th fleet, in addition to 448 simulator hours.• Meticulous log keeping and multitasking in high-pressure environment for post-mission analysis and developing lessons learned for systemic improvements.
