Taught a class of my own design to 10-25 students about how to play the Bagpipes, both in-person and remotely. I created the class from scratch, which required authoring a syllabus, course schedule, and lesson plans, as well as training additional facilitators as the course expanded. I led classes, worked with faculty/supervisors, prepared class materials (including presentations on culture/history/etc. and instructional videos), and continuously developed the course to suit students’ changing needs.

Over the summer of 2018, I worked as a campaign intern for Katie Hill's successful grassroots campaign for Congress, where we defeated the incumbent and flipped the seat for the first time in decades. As an intern, I used Google Sheets and Excel to manage volunteers and data for weekend campaign events. I also helped plan these events by personally calling volunteers and assigning them shifts, as well as canvassing myself. I also helped run fundraisers where we regularly raised thousands of dollars per event.
