- Maintain Sales Manager role (due to not being replaced with promotion to GM role). Increased revenue to justify Sales Manager replacement.- Support management team with day-to-day operation of business.- Business plan creation, alongside Managing Director to allow for forward focus.- Large tender opportunity focus and key client management.- Facilitate business unit meetings - Forecasting with Accountant and Operations Manager.- Weekly management team meetings - Mentoring and career progression paths for management team.- Role description creation and organisational structure implementation for office/management team and site managers.

System maintenance, updates, troubleshooting and training of new users for online database and lodgement systems.Project management for IT system implementation and coordination of system transitioning for end users.

Bluestone Construction primarily specialises in commercial concrete removal, preparation and placement.In my time with Bluestone, I was involved in the removal, preparation and concrete placement of several residential driveways, courtyards, house footings and foundations and several concrete based projects. We also built and back-filled residential retaining walls.The preparation stages involved the sub-surface preparation, steel tying and boxing of the placement areas.On a commercial level, we were involved in replacement projects in several commercial warehouses and new-builds of commercial warehouse foundations, and the preparation of such foundations.
