Providing advisory services on all aspects of the law of submerged land with a focus on assisting clients in their dealings with the Federal and Provincial governments in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia and on submerged federal seabed beyond provincial boundaries elsewhere in Canada.

Responsibilities and working knowledge related to: seabed licensing and leasing transactions; disposal and acquisition of federal coastal and seabed facilities and water lots ; real property impacts of seabed related fisheries; federal provincial boundaries Canadas Exclusive Economic Zone [EEZ] and United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea [UNCLOS]; harbours and small craft harbours; seabed policy/program development, international boundaries; titles to coastal properties breakwaters, seabed, bays and inlets; real property fishing rights, public and private; seabed cables; leases and licences, indigenous consultation , engagement and reconciliation in all four Atlantic Provinces.

Responsibilities and working knowledge related to: transactional and advisory and limited litigation in the real property field including strategic and routine transaction; international transactions as well as tidal and non-tidal and seabed advisory matters.

I carried on a practice at Doaktown, NB, Canada, with a real property focus including the purchase and sale, litigating and advising generally on private fishing rights, lodges, riverbed and riparian boundaries and trespass conflicts as well as a variety of commercial corporate work for the local NB business community.

Worked for the Department of Energy Mines and Resources in Ottawa doing National Program Management in the area of energy conservation.
