Inc, Well Done provides consulting services for engineering services related to idle well management and asset retirement, regulatory compliance and strategy, and business and process optimization for the oil and gas industry. I have over 12 years of experience as a petroleum engineer and a proven track record of delivering solutions that reduce asset liabilities, increase operational efficiencies, and optimize cash flows.My mission is to help clients achieve their environmental, financial, and operational goals by leveraging my engineering expertise, regulatory knowledge, and strategic insights. I have successfully developed and implemented asset retirement processes and SOX controls, negotiated contracts and permits, and provided operational and executive management with strategic asset retirement plans. I am also the co-founder of Orlie’s Shoe Drive, a non-profit organization that provides school-age children with new tennis shoes.
