Reshaping Our Estate is the University of Nottingham's ambitious programme to reimagine our campuses

I lead the agile working project at the University of Nottingham. We work in collaboration with colleagues across the University to reimagine the way we use our workplaces and campuses, the way we collaborate and communicate, and the way we manage our time, performance and decision making. To support this we will make coordinated changes to our policies, guidance, technology, buildings and spaces.

Change management, organisational design, culture and behaviour change in support of major projects including implementations of Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Dynamics and Campus Solutions

At Shoal I specialised in creating agile organisations, helping clients build new ways of working. In my role as delivery director I managed organisational, technical and built environment changes and adaptations to improve the fit between a client's working patterns and their property portfolio. I built complex benefits cases that span property, business transformation and behavioural change.I also worked with clients to then implement those benefits cases, and Shoal developed our own highly effective culture and behaviour change methodology to support this, delivering measurable positive and lasting cultural change for our clients. Our culture and behaviour change methodology is designed to be used at scale, and to deliver skills transfer to the client as part of the implementation process.Previous clients include Salford City Council, HBOS, O2, Harrow Council, Teach First, Rutland County Council, News International, Gleeds and Kent & Medway Partnership Trust.In addition to my delivery role, I developed tools and techniques to help drive behavioural and cultural change in support of new ways of working, and map this into a new working environment. This includes outcome management, activity based design and dynamic space demand modelling.

Organisational Change Lead dealing with major business transformation programmes for clients including BT Openreach, Reuters & the Post Office Ltd

Consultant with Change Management & Diagnostics practice and the Mobility Transformation Team. Led a series of mixed client teams implementing major business transformation and agile working programmes for clients such as the City of Edinburgh Council, John Lewis, Essex County Council, BP, BT Wholesale, BT Retail, the Department of Work & Pensions.
