StockVins is a start-up tech company providing digital solutions to empower wine trading, collecting, managing, and wine business. I am responsible for IT team development and management, stakeholder management, vendor management, and project management.Achievement:- Founded an IT team in the Guangzhou branch office- Fought together with colleagues for the enrollment of HKAI lab accelerator program and succeeded in 2022- Worked with the product team to roll out v1 specifications for new products and v2 specifications for the trading platform revamp.- Managed the external vendor for the hardware development and finished the AI Smart Cellar V1.0- Assisting in the management of the external vendors and internal engineer for the AI development and finished the “Cellar Vision” V1.0- Led the IT team to implement StockVins App, wine portal system wineDB system, central authentication system, and revamp the trading platform to v2. About the products:- Wine Portal System: It is a wine management system for collectors to focus on exploring and enjoying the wine, recording, and easy management. And it is also a professional wine stock management system for sellers to manage stock and make investment strategies based on market prices, ratings, and trends.- StockVins App: The App provides a one-stop automated collection management experience with AI and wine label scanning, allowing you to focus on exploring and enjoying your wine, recording, and easy management. - AI Smart Cellar: It is powered by computer vision (Cellar Vision) for wine recognition and automated stock-take.- Central Authentication System: It provides secure authentication with one account for all StockVins products.- Trading Platform: It is a real-time and secure fine wine trading platform. Users could explore verified local and overseas supply and demand, with real-time prices and industry references. - WineDB: It is a wine data center that covers the wine information of 100 thousand SKUs.
