Provides financial management support to Eighth U.S. Army in the armistice and contingency environments. Provides command and control for one finance and one postal detachment.

Executive Officer of a forward-deployed Financial Management Support Unit in support of Army forces on the Korean peninsula; plans and resources training events to ensure subordinate Soldiers are tactically and technically prepared to execute contingency operations.

Budget Analyst for U.S. Eighth Army; provided detailed analysis to the 8th Army Commander and staff on the use of budgetary resources in accordance with established regulations and policies. Negotiated and managed an $11 Billion bi-lateral construction and relocation program between the U.S and Republic of Korea governments.

Managed the logistical preparation of an Infantry Unit with over 250 Soldiers, 70 combat vehicles and equipment in excess of $51 Million to deploy in support of contingency operations.
