Using siFOXA1, siFOXA2, siFOXA3 to knockdown iPSC-derived hepatic endoderm cells to characterize the role of these master transcription factors on liver development. Characterization is done by qPCR, immunohistochemistry, Western-blotting, and sandwich-ELISA.
