My current role with The Skills Network is helping to match Skills Bootcamp learners and potential employers. Partnering with the Department for Education this comes at no cost and is a great way to make long term hiring more sustainable in comparison to recruitment agencies or expensive marketing campaigns to attract applicants. I have worked in recruitment for over 4 years in various forms and across multiple sectors. In the past I have worked with some of the largest companies in the UK such as Royal Mail, DHL, Medivet and more.In my personal time my family are extremely important to me. I am an avid cricketer and I love both football and Formula 1. I find it important to stay busy and focus on future goals. Travelling and having the opportunity to explore new places and cultures and meet new people is something I value very highly. Immersing myself in things that are outside of my comfort zone in order to grow as a person.
